Meet the CEO
Khosi Mkhize
Khosi Mkhize (NCRDC4232) is a seasoned business woman having owned and managed a Recruitment consultancy since 2007. She has always had a passion for feel good businesses and supporting initiatives that bring noticeable change to people’s lives. A job does that. Financial well-being does that.
Khosi started Riqueza Wealth in 2020, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and is a registered Debt Counsellor with the National Credit Regulator. At that time, she had just overcome significant personal financial challenges of her own. She is passionate about the economic empowerment of women, particularly those in unserved and underserved communities. “Women are of key priority especially because they already face persistent challenges including gender-based violence (GBV), unemployment, and economic exclusion.”

A Mission Rooted in Experience and Impact
When I look back, I think to myself that had I started Riqueza Wealth sooner, I wouldn’t have had the life experiences that fuelled my business’s mission—giving South African’s the power and the knowledge to climb out of debt and achieve their financial goals. Starting right at that moment allowed me to relate to people on a deeper level and grow a business that feels authentic and truly impactful.
I’m so proud of the impact I’ve had on the lives of our clients. I’ve given hope to families and changed their lives, enabling them to buy their first homes, buy new vehicles and secure business funding to startup or scale their operations. Over the past 5 years, I have so many fond and heartwarming memories and I have established so many networks, from vehicle dealerships to bond originators and more.
What I want potential clients to know is that no matter where you are in your financial journey, it’s never too late to seek help and it’s never the end of the world.
